Joe Giacalone is an entrepreneur, investor and author of Beyond the Owner. He began painting as a teenager and founded Arch Painting in 1997. What started as a local painting business grew into a nationwide commercial painting company completing thousands of projects across the country.
Over nearly three decades, Joe experienced the challenges that come with growth, including hiring and developing leaders, implementing systems, expanding geographically, managing customer relationships, understanding financial performance, making acquisitions and integrating businesses.
Those experiences shaped Beyond the Owner, his practical guide for entrepreneurs who want to build companies that can scale, create enterprise value and thrive beyond their founders. Today, Joe remains interested in entrepreneurship, investing, acquisitions, the skilled trades and connecting with people building businesses.
